Our complimentary Cal/OSHA compliance assessment is an introductory review intended to identify potential areas for improvement. It is not a comprehensive compliance audit, regulatory inspection, or certification, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation or the outcome of any agency inspection. Any paid engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Each employer remains responsible for the safety of its workplace and for its own regulatory compliance. Legal determinations remain with the Company and the Company's counsel.
